ASSESSOR’S NOTICE

Notice is hereby given per Section 506

Of the Real Property Tax Law, that the Department of

Assessment and Taxation in the City of Utica

has completed the tentative assessment roll for 2025, and a copy will be on file to view in the Department of Assessment and Taxation of City Hall.

 

The roll may be inspected beginning on May 1st, 2025 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Assessors will also be in attendance with the tentative roll by appointment only.

Grievance Day for all properties will be held on May 27th, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at which time the Board of Assessment Review will hear complaints from those aggrieved.
